Some of the diet pills are associated with serious side effects such us stroke and lung diseases. It can actually simulate the heart which then leads to high blood pressure. Many diet pills in the market are not approved by “Food and Drug Administration”.

In case you are planning to take diet pills, then it is better to consult your doctor at first. Your goal should be to reduce weight safely.

Avoid fasting:

Never starve yourself to reduce or lose weight. If your body needs energy, it will indirectly intimate you by hunger. It is not advisable to lose weight by fasting because your body always needs certain amount of energy to function properly. Better try to avoid detoxification diet because it’s an important role of your kidney. The process of removing toxic substance is known as detoxification.

Better consult your doctor:

If you are planning to reduce weight, first calculate your ideal weight and compare it with your actual weight. Then come up with multiple diet plans and choose the one which suits you the best.

List down all the exercises or physical activities you are going to do. Finally consult with your doctor or nutritionist before you start your diet plan.
