BMI stands for Body Mass Index. It is the measure of relative size based on weight and height of the individuals. It does not measure the body weight; just an indicator which indicates whether a person in healthy weight for the height or not. If person’s BMI is not in healthy weight range, then there is a possibility of increase in the health risk.
