Back Pain - Causes

There are many factors associated with back pain as it can range from simple improper weight lifting to any serious back injury. This is the reason why many people say different reasons for their back pain. The most common causes for back pain are given below.

  • Back muscle strain
  • Ligament strain
  • Lifting something which is too heavy
  • Muscle spasm
  • Twisting or bending awkwardly
  • Bulging disks
  • Back injury
  • Slipped discs
  • Overstretching
  • Arthritis

All the above are the possible causes for back pain. One important thing is to avoid being in a sedentary life style. If you do not exercise regularly or not engaged in any regular physical activity and all of a sudden you overstretch yourselves while doing exercises or some activities, it can possibly cause some muscle strain and results in back pain.

It is always better to have a regular exercise plan and be engaged in any physical activity daily.
