Kidney stones - Causes


Kidney stones are most often related to dehydration. Water is very essential to our body to function normally. Whenever the intake of water becomes less, our body starts to dehydrate. Some person tends to sweat more than normalcy which results in the quick loss of fluids in the body. This is also a reason for our body to get dehydrated very sooner.

There may be other sickness as well when your body gets dehydrated.

The more the frequency of liquid intake throughout the day will keep our body hydrated all the time.

Also when the following substances get highly concentrated in our body can result in kidney stones.

  • Calcium
  • Uric acid
  • Oxalate
  • Cystine

Sometimes, kidney stones are related to a hereditary disease as well.
